Merchandise is accepted for refund or exchange if returned in saleable condition in the original packaging and carefully packed (with prior written consent) within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt.
Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items (customer statutory rights not affected).
All returns must be agreed in writing. No refunds will be issued for items that arrive at any of the Gekko locations without prior written consent.
Postage/freight will be deducted from the purchase price for this service.
Buyer is responsible for return postage and to ensure that return items get back to the seller.
Faulty goods will be refunded in full once returned to the seller.
